AFA publishes the 2023 Annual Report

ASEAN PAOs Embrace Change through Collaboration to Advance the Profession

AFA Annual Report 2023 is now officially published. The report summarizes key activities and achievements of the Federations, as well as highlighting the key events from AFA members during 2023.

“2023 has been a testament to our unwavering pursuit of excellence. Building on the progress of our success in 2022, we continue to grow sustainably as a regional organization and a key stakeholder in the global accountancy profession”, as pointed out by AFA President (2021-2023), Voravit Janthanakul in his message for the 2023 AFA Annual Report. As he pointed further, “AFA is poised for continued growth and innovation. Under the AFA Strategic Plan 2024-2027 'Towards the Golden Jubilee: Advancing the Accountancy Profession in ASEAN', AFA will continue to leverage our strengths to capitalize on emerging opportunities and address evolving market dynamics.”

2023 has been marked by remarkable progress and achievements, made possible through collaborative efforts with our member organizations, partners, and stakeholders. With 13 meetings organized, 3 internal workshops facilitated, 7 regional events organized, 9 publications, and 25 stakeholder engagements, AFA spirit of camaraderie is truly alive.

As AFA Annual Report 2023 witnesses the immense growth of the Federation, it is also the last report issued under Executive Director Aucky Pratama as he concluded his tenure in April 2024. With AFA Strategic Plan 2024-2027 and under the guidance under the new leadership of Office Bearers also the new Executive Director, AFA shall commit to achieve greatness, guided by the 3 principles: collaboration, integrity, and excellence.
